What is your 30-day guarantee?
We guarantee that your plant will arrive in healthy condition. If your plant shows signs of distress within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. To ensure plant health, we avoid shipping over weekends to prevent plants from sitting in transit facilities.
Do you offer care instructions for beginners?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed digital care guide covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your greenery thrive.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a plant has been handed to our carrier, we cannot redirect the shipment due to its perishable nature.
