At HOUSEPLANT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original HOUSEPLANT packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
